Dr Namkyu Chun (Aalto University, Finland) was invited by Dr Francesco Mazzarella (London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London) to deliver this sold-out talk on 13 February 2023. Critically interweaving discussions from research fields of design and fashion, in this lecture, Namkyu will talk about how we can reimagine the social role of fashion design(ers) and their contribution to placemaking.
