The House has loaned certain costumes that contribute to the overall 1970s atmosphere of the film.

Inspired by the life of Maria Schneider, this film is a loose adaptation of Vanessa Schneider's novel "Tu t'appelais Maria Schneider", which tells the story of the actress and her tragic fate. "Maria" sketches the trajectory of a woman and an artist who goes through a trauma and seeks to recover.
