The first lipstick to be presented in a square, faceted glass case, new 31 LE ROUGE is a true technical feat. Like a diamond, the gleam of the metal reflects off the glass sides, which are set with a golden-hued metal ring. CHANEL employed all of its expertise in high perfumery to overcome the challenges associated with creating a glass lipstick case that is both exceptionally thin and extraordinarily durable for a product of its kind, a process that took 4 years to complete.
