Maybe I'm Amazed | Paul McCartney | Cover | Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy
Paul McCartney didn't waste any time picking up where he left off after leaving the Beatles.
His first song released from his debut solo album was "Maybe I'm Amazed" dedicated to his wife at that time; Linda.
The song was never released as a single but it was recorded years later with McCartney's band Wings and became a top ten hit in the US and went on to be listed as one of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
Paul had actually written the song shortly before the Beatles broke up and when recording it, he played all of the instruments for the tune.
The song has become one of McCartney's most popular love songs and he has said it is the song "he would like to be remembered for".
Today I'll be taking on this classic tune and I hope all enjoy my version. Please be sure to leave your comments and let me know what you thought of it!
