SORRY that the vid is out of focus but I guess I hit the focus button by accident and it toggled to MF (mutha f.. no, manual focus) and so... life sucks BUT at least the camera was recording so there's a silver lining. No lip sync here! This is all live with only a couple of punch ins to improve a few lines and I sang the backing vocals in like literally 10 minutes and so hope you like it. I was actually bummed about this until I got those backing vocals in and it just blossomed at that point. My surprise was great! I sang each backing part in isolation so I could not hear the sum effect until I was done singing them and I panned a little left, right, lowered overall volumes, hit play and was like WTRF???? that sounded so amazing right off the bat I didn't do much else to those but a little touch up. More details???? Okay.

I did pitch this up by 3 semitones and I did use a smidge of auto-tune and some reverb/delay and compression (lots of compression) so... dat's about it. Shame auto-tune can't alter the timbre of your voice and make you more soulful. That's where I come in. :) Maybe someone can make a plugin called auto-soul. ?
