Anika Nilles - Chary Life drum remix. Anika is one of the grooviest, uniquely rhythmic drummers I've ever listened to, and her drum play through of this song completely blew me away. She is insanely talented and you should YouTube search her name right now and binge watch all of her videos. Her music is refreshing and interesting - absolutely amazing drumming.

Anika released this song, as well as a few others, with a drumless track, so I decided to record my take on the song. I did not use Anika's drumming as a guideline for mine, and had not heard her original drum track in the months before I recorded this video. I think the drumming turned out pretty well, with only a few slight slip ups. I tried to make the track as groovy as possible. I had a lot of fun making my own beats to this tune, and will probably now search for another drumless track to tackle.

Audio recorded using my Presonus Studiolive 16.0.2 mixer and edited on Garageband. Video captured using 2 camera angles (I brought back the overhead angle!) and edited on iMovie. Thanks for watching!
