Do you like potatoes? Then keep some very tasty and simple recipes with potatoes. I'll show you how to make potato casserole with meatballs in bechamel sauce, baked potato boat with filling, pancake casserole with potatoes, prosciutto and cheese.
For those whose hands aren't “smart” enough, I’ll show a lazy way to make sushi. Cover the ice tray with plastic wrap. Put slices of avocado, salmon, tuna, or shrimp on the bottom of the molds - whatever you love. Fill the molds with boiled rice. Now turn the tray upside down and get perfect sushi!
You can make puff pastries with fillings using the ice tray. Put a sheet of puff pastry into the ice tray. Put the filling in the molds - sweet: chocolate, berries, fruits, jam, Nutella, peanut butter. Or salty: minced meat, boiled potatoes, mozzarella, salted cottage cheese, sausages, bacon, and so on. Cover the tray with a sheet of dough.
How to make candies at home? Ice trays will help you again. Melt the chocolate and pour a little in the molds. Now put the filling of your candies - peanuts, hazelnuts, coconut, dried fruits, marshmallows, caramel, peanut butter. Pour melted chocolate to the top and let candies harden.
