You can also use these remedies in your weekly pampering routine just to treat yourself once in a while.
A perfect way to treat your skin in the shower in by using a body scrub. It gets rid of all dead skin cells and makes the skin feel as smooth as silk. Sometimes, store-bought body scrubs aren't are healthy for the skin as homemade one, because of the harmful chemical ingredients some of them contain. So, in order to avoid all the struggle of finding an all-natural one, we wanted to help you create your own. In a glass bowl add 1 cup of sea salt. 1 - 1/3 cup of olive oil, or coconut oil, one tablespoon of orange zest, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. You can add any essential oil of your choice, but in the video, we recommend tea tree oil and peppermint oil. Then, mix all the ingredients together really well; transfer your mixture in a mason jar and, there you have it. Your very-own homemade body scrub.
Do you have enlarged pores and they constantly get blocked by dirt or whiteheads? Here is an amazing homemade mask that will help you extract those annoying whiteheads from your face. In a bowl, add some activated charcoal, some gelatin and a little bit of boiling hot water. Then, mix all the ingredients together until it all becomes a thick paste. Finally, using a makeup brush apply it on your face and let it sit there for a few minutes until its dry, after that peel the mask off as we show you in the video. In addition, we have an amazing way that shows you exactly how to remove a pimple. You simply cut a garlic clove in half and place it on your pimple for 5 minutes. You will see that it will eliminate redness as well as acne.

Using a wooden stick, mix them all together really well.
