BRILLIANT WAYS TO GIVE OLD JUNK A SECOND LIFE
We, humans, produce a ton of waste every day, and it all ends up in landfills, so why not repurpose all the waste we have into something useful. This way we can both save money and the environment.
You can use the nylon bristles of an old toothbrush to make nail extensions instead of buying plastic nail extensions.
Take the plastic caps from plastic bottles, place them between two layers of greaseproof paper, and then press them with a clothing iron to make colorful coasters for your coffee table.
You can repurpose plastic straws into reusable buttons for your shirts. You simply press them down on a clothing iron and then pierce two holes for the thread using a needle.
Another great way to recycle plastic straws is to turn them into a table mat.
