CRAZY DELICIOUS RECIPES
I love to cook something crazy to amaze family and friends. And today I’m ready to share a selection of cool recipes you should try to make. The first idea is to make a vegan caviar that could be used to decorate any dish and even cakes. Supplies you will need sriracha, agar-agar, cold oil and water. In a pan, combine water, sriracha, and agar-agar. Stir properly. Simmer agar-agar and sriracha for two minutes. Take a tall glass and pour vegetable oil, put it into the fridge and let cool. When the vegetable oil is cold, take a syringe and squeeze out spheres of the hot mixture into the cold oil. You will see bead shapes appearing that will sink to the bottom of the glass. To separate the oil from pearls wash them with some water.
You will be surprised with the next recipe. Have you ever tried to bake the chicken in a watermelon? Yes, it sounds crazy but the chicken will be incredibly delicious! Cut the top of the watermelon and scoop out the flesh. Place the whole chicken inside and bake.
