In a mixing bowl add:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- Some melted butter
- 1 cup of melted dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of coffee
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of flour
Mix all the ingredients together really well until there are no lumps left in the mixture and transfer it on your waffle iron. Let them cook for a few minutes and then you can serve them with some strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and powdered sugar on top for your Sunday brunch!
