So, in this video, we wanted to share with you our own brilliant DIY makeup secrets that you probably didn't know. These hacks are ideal if you are a new makeup artist and you are looking to improve your makeup skills - whether you are going for a full glam look for your night out or a natural look for your casual day out - you'll fall in love with these. In addition, we show you how to create your own makeup products that work as well as the professional ones. This way you can both save money and look fabulous.
We all struggled at one point to learn how to apply the perfect winged liner, in fact, even the most experienced makeup artists struggle to achieve a perfect eyeliner on both eyes. So, we found the perfect way for you to apply eyeliner using some dental floss. You simply add some eyeliner on your dental floss and then apply it on your eyes. The dental floss will create a straight line on your eyelid that you can trace in order to fill it in.
If you are struggling to shape your brows, then don't panic because we all are. And you know what they say "Eyebrows should be sisters not twins". So, we found the best way to create brilliant shapes for your brows that you probably didn't know. Simply take your brow pencil and draw on the tip of your tweezers. Then, run your tweezers through your brows and there you have it. The only thing left for you to do is to fill them in.
Having thin lashes is something that we don't really like. But sometimes our eyelashes choose to do their own thing and they appear a lot thinner than they actually are. So, if you are ever in this situation and you'd like to make your eyelashes appear thicker and more volumized, you can try our little hack. Simply add some vaseline on a clean mascara wand and then apply your mascara. The vaseline will act as a base coat and it will truly make your eyelashes pop.
Having fuller lips is something all of us girls dream off. Especially after seeing celebrities like Kylie Jenner achieving her perfect lips using different colors of lip pencil. So, in this video, we show you a brilliant way to contour your lips without having to over-draw them or go under the knife. You simply need to add some shade around the lips and in the middle and then go on top using a lighter colored pencil. This will create the illusion that your lips are fuller.
One of the worst things we've ever experienced is shattering one of our favorite makeup powders. If this never happened to you, you are extremely lucky, but for the rest of us, it is devastating. So, we have the best makeup hack to help you bring your broken powders back to life. You simply add a few drops of rubbing alcohol in your powder and then you press it down using a spoon. You then allow it to dry and voila.
