First, hot caramel is poured into a special form. Special syrups are added for color and taste. After all this cools and hardens, the mass is cut into colored pieces and kneaded on the table. The most spectacular part of the process is winding caramel on a special hook and stretching it. The resulting blanks are put in sausages. Now they need to be arranged in such a way as to get in the end the desired pattern inside the candy. Now they need to pull a thick blank into thin one. After that, a thin piece is cut into pieces.
