In the first video section, I show you a fun pumpkin carving decoration with sharp teeth you can try. To make it more realistic, you can add a pair of jeans with a shoe coming out of its mouth. – It will look like the pumpkin just bit a person.
To avoid lighting a bunch of candles. You can take small electric/battery operated candles and use them in your decorations. To make them stand out, take pool noodles, cut them in different heights, stick them together, paint them black, and add your candles on top.
