You can use a rolling pin from your kitchen to massage the back of your legs and help them relax.
I show you how to make your own acupressure flip-flops by gluing some pebbles inside. When you walk wearing them, it will be like getting a massage.
I show you how to cut a whisk and turn it into a head-massager. It will help you relax and activate your hair growth.
