Here’s a few tip to improve your body shots. Work on these tips during your boxing training. ⁣⁣⁣

Make a commitment to a consistent body attack. Go to the body early and often. The end of this video is probably the most important. POWER PUNCHING is a mentality. Having the intent to hurt somebody plays a big part in knocking somebody out. ⁣⁣⁣

Tips For body punching: ⁣⁣⁣

✅ What’s A body shot? - any part of the body that is NOT the head. (Neck, yes arms, chest, hips) punch them everywhere. ⁣
⁣⁣⁣
✅ Learn basic anatomy: understand where the organs are located. (Heart, liver, kidneys) punching the organs causes serious damage in a fight. ⁣
⁣⁣⁣
✅ Straight Punches to the body are just as effective as hooks when thrown properly. Drill them in training and use them in competition. ⁣⁣⁣

✅ Pivot vs No Pivot - Find out which way works for you. Practice. Stay balanced and generate power! ⁣
