Усиленные меры безопасности предприняты в центре Гонконга, где в понедельник утром начались торжества по случаю 22-й годовщины перехода бывшего британского анклава под юрисдикцию КНР. Полиция оцепила все улицы, прилегающие к Гонконгскому центру конференций и выставок. К нему попытались стянуться сотни демонстрантов, но они не смогли прорваться через оцепление в зону праздничных мероприятий.
