This band can never be forgotten. Great music, great riffs, great solos, great vibes all round!!! Since I haven't done a Pantera song in a while, I decided it was time to getcha pull!!!
Tuning, as with all Pantera songs, is always slightly off from the normal 440hz tuning. If your tuner goes to 425hz then put it on that setting and tune your guitar as per normal. This tuning was done in this manner, tuned to D std
Not a very difficult song to figure out, but that solo is killer, especially the fast bit. I also don't have a floating bridge so I improvised on some parts.
The sound was achieved through post and pre production eqing. There doesn't seem to be an amp setting on it's own that can or will deliver Dime's sound unless you dial in some eqs. afterwards.
